My name is Drew Pearson.

I’m a photographer living in Greensboro, NC.

I am the owner of A.E. Pearson Photography. I’m a lifelong photography enthusiast, but only within the last four years or so have I really discovered my passion for photography. I graduated with my degree in Photography in the fall of 2009, I learned from some of the most incredible instructors on earth (seriously!)…shooting everything from 35mm to 8x10 large format. I shoot weddings, portraits, musicians, and a variety of personal projects but with a heavy focus on a more “documentary” style - using mostly traditional black and white film as my medium of choice. Photography is what I eat, breathe, and sleep…it’s what occupies every waking (and sleeping) moment. I find inspiration in the work of photographers like Henri Cartier-Bresson, Arnold Newman, Jim Marshall, Veronique Vial, James Nachtwey, and Danny Clinch.
